@charshakh I'm not sure but it seems like this guy misses a woman he used to love in the past. Either she left him or she passed away. Indeed, he keeps this medallion with him and appears to be obsessed about it. Also, he has blindfolded this woman, and I guess by doing this she gives him the impression to be his beloved.
