  • That is crazy four hours a day is not pratical. I am not skinny. I am average, but if I worked out that much I would disappear.

  • A very skinny friend of mine was crying that she cannot put on more weight. She does not exercise at all, and started eating a lot of junk food. She hardly gained anything. It's a very sad story. :(

  • oh no! i have to work 3 whole hours everyday! that'll only leave me 4 hours to workout everyday instead of 6!....

    boohoo bitch. who the hell has enough time to workout 4 hours everyday? or even two hours? try working a full-time job like my husband does or taking care of your 17yr old brother when you're only 23. people, you only need to workout (get heart rate up) about an hour a day to lose weight. eat 5 small meals a day of mostly veggies and lean meats-you'll be fine.(4hours a day, ha!)

  • ALERT!!! Squats with weights are NOT bad for your knees, Most physical therapists dont know about Biomechanics or weight training. Squats with poor form can be hard on your knees, but a proper squat is GREAT for you , even with weight.!!

  • well, you need to change your eating habits. if you work out to lose weight but eat the same then your going to gain it back over time. thats most peoples problem no one can give you a good answer without more information.

I'm Asian, we're petite people so 140 is like overweight already here. i was 109 last September. i got depressed over something so i stopped working out and ate whatever i want.   • ALERT!! Squats with weights are bad for knees. That is what I was told by a physical therapist, I did squats with weights which made which gave me osteoarthritis in both knees.

  • I totally agree with linotte, don't give up. It may take longer but you will win eventually and will not regret it. I lost 55 pounds in three months in one summer, I started with barely walking and swimming and in by last month I was doing between 4 to 12 mile run/jog walk and swimming 3 to 7000 meters a day. The beginning is always the hardest.

  • Working out 6 hours a day is a part-time job. That is the real reason the people on this job lose so much weight so fast. No one in the real world can devote that much time daily to see the same results.

    Plus, they have healthy food provided for them too. So, no thinking about what you have to eat either.

When I said I prefer women who'd survive childbirth, I was making a reference to all the skinny, puny women in California who'd likely die doing it, because they're frail and nutrition deprived. I don't want kids either.

  • its good if your just trying to maitain your current weight and if you have a good diet. bt f ur trying 2 loose weight u nid to have a good diet and work out more, don't get discourage if you dont see much loss weight in the first 2 months for if you just started its true your lossing weight but your gaining muscle's so the weightloss for the first 2 months would be minimal. when you get the the third and so on months you would see the great achievement you have.

  • 4-4 and a half hours? God damn...I workout like 30-45 mins a day and my body is great I think some people have it alot harder than others.
