its good if your just trying to maitain your current weight and if you have a good diet. bt f ur trying 2 loose weight u nid to have a good diet and work out more, don't get discourage if you dont see much loss weight in the first 2 months for if you just started its true your lossing weight but your gaining muscle's so the weightloss for the first 2 months would be minimal. when you get the the third and so on months you would see the great achievement you have.
