Originally, Paul, Ringo, Yoko, and Olivia wanted the live versions of the songs used in Beatles: Rock Band because they were so full of energy.

It was hard for the studio to create the rockband songs from the masters, it would take a couple years to get all the background noise from one LIVE song.
