@matadorzx1 it is alive but only in the underground. When I talk to most "death metal listeners" about death metal they get all confused when I mention Morbid Angel and when i say Vital remains they Go "Dude all that remains rocks I love death metal too!" So where i live, death metal is dead and something completely different and gay like Suicide Silence and Fag Chaple. THis is back when Death metal was DEATH METAL!

@QuietusEpicus Yeah, I know that Death Metal bands from nowadays arent as good as the 89,90,91,92 ones, but what i meant is that, Death Metal is still good. Ignore the bands. The style Death Metal, the songs of Death Metal which has already been created, are just fantastic! Even if there weren't any Death Metal band in the world right now, if you know a past DM's song and its good, than Death Metal is good not only in past, but now and in the futuro. But i understood you, and I agree.

This currently sells for 67 dollars on Amazon! I want to buy it but also have a funny feeling that as soon as I get it, Nuclear Blast will re-release re-mastered for 1/6th the price :(

@soultenebrae Yeah the depressing thing for me is that I had the original too... back in my teens :( Lost it sometime in one of my many moves. Definitely their best album for sure.

@melowar78 Even if it was reissued the original would still sell for alot, probably at least $40. I had 3 copies of this disc, 2 bought for $12 each, and another for $15, sold one for $60 and that was actually the second pressing with IFPI code from around 2000, and sold the american 1st pressing for $55. I kept the German 1st pressing for my own collection, which is the most valuable pressing.
