Hello from the Windy City, Chicago IL. Maraming salamat from a pinay who has not been back home for 30 years! Salamat din sa iyong videographer. Your whole presentation makes me feel I can cook good authentic Pilipino dishes. There are differences like PI using grams versus US using ounces/pounds, and tomato products in the PI seem to be in tubes/packets while in the US they are usually in jars/cans. Huwag kang hihinto. Watching your video parang nasa PI ako, and that feeling is priceless!
