How this wasn't a penalty is beyond me. He hits him right above the numbers. Halpern didn't turn into the hit and was in a very vulnerable position. And that was the second questionable hit of the night for Powe, the first being earlier when he got the elbow up on the Montreal player.

I've seen hit that where weaker and people got suspended for them (Look at plekanec's hit on Grebeshkov last year where pleks got suspended 2 games). The league really needs to make more clear cut rules on what is worth suspensions. (I would not go that far on this hit, but he deserved 2 minutes at least)
