  • HEY HEY HEY wheres Mr Grainger,Mr Tebbs or Mr Goldberg?

  • WOAH! WOAH!! who is the new Mr Lucas!?!

  • @dexterccf2

You have missed quite a few episodes, haven't you? That's Spooner, a pale replacement for Lucas. He's never funny, always stupid, and always rude. Lucas was rude with a bit of a wink, this one is just foulmouthed.

  • Watch very carefully at 6:46, Mrs Slocombe goes crosseyed!

  • Night and Day, you're the one....NOT YET!!!!!

  • That Canteen manageress has got some form, eh? She never looks that hot in her dirty apron. Oh I don't know..I like em dirty!..lol..and she is a right dirty little cow..

  • Thank you so much for posting this whole thing. Captain Peacock sounds so depressing when he sings lol!

  • "Quick! Eat it all up before he sends it back!"

  • @msunami i was reading this comment while she said it was in exact unison

  • So now they CAN phone out from the floor phones.

They certainly dragged out the drag in later episodes.

We appear to be seeing G&F Peacock and Brahms.

  • Miss Brahms... sorry, but Captain Peacock said they weren't going swimming

  • i love it !!!!!!!!!

  • Great Episode. Mis Belllfridge is HOT! Mike Berry is a great addition to the show. I love it when Mr. Rumbald tries to upstage Peacock. they have an undercurrent running feud. Love the Orange head Slocum and Shirley Brahms is still sweet as can be. Thanks!

  • The only bad thing about this series was that during the

opening credits the cast are very obviously waiting for their

cues! although this is a minor criticism of an excellent series!

  • @thekroton The show must have been made on a very tight budget, there are lots of little mistakes in alot of the episodes, like cast forgetting their lines, someone bumps the camera etc, for some reason they didnt bother with another take!

  • @frosty956 But that's what made it look so real. Sure, they didn't stick entirely to a script and sometimes ad-libbed, but then actual life doesn't have a script either. I think that's what made people enjoy this show and be able to relate to their experiences.

  • once more Miss Brahms demonstrates nothing but bitchy, mean-spirited comments. as near as I can figure, she is singular in all of Lloyd and Croft's works together. In neither Allo Allo, Grace and Favour, nor even Oh Doctor Beeching is there a mean-spirited woman character. Normally in their works, the women are usually caring, polite, but funny British lasses. YAY England!

  • I do realize I should know this but what is the name of the song Mr. Rumbold sings at 16:00

edit** omg im so slow Its These Foolish Things. MR Rumbold actually sounds pretty nice lol.

  • "Crumpet Club" ...brilliant!

  • I love it when Mrs. Slocumbs hair went up! Funny! It made me laugh really hard!

  • This ep is a textbook example of why this show was so beloved. Though the plot device of a skit/video had been used before, and the idea of having a night club in the store is preposterous, the cast made it work. The BBC sure got their money's worth out of the store set, that's for sure! I like the cranky canteen boss and how she holds her own with Captain Peacock. That blonde secretary is easy on the eyes as well!

  • "Mr. Akbar, how dare you!"

    LOL.

  • they all look a lot older in this series and Mrs Slocombe looks a bit chubby

  • Oh wow, thanks for uploading this!! This is absolutely my favorite episode of ALL!

  • " Night and daaaay you are the ooonne.....CUT!!!!"

  • Why don't you open your little flap & play with your ball! Lol - love it.

  • @fannycraddock99 MR AKBAR HOW DARE YOU???? ;)

  • in Canada we say "he's built like a brick shit house" not "chicken house."

  • @likethepear it is there too.. however censorship in the 80's was quite a bit different then it is now days.

  • THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

  • @wickedlady4180 Ha ha!

I thought about you when I saw the title. Thanks for mentioning it

  • @rounz1 LOL! You can't imagine how excited I was.

  • I'd have told the canteen manageress to get her grimy hands off me and her chicken house boyfriend can jog on.

  • Oh there it is.

  • I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS EPISODE.
