I could be wrong about this, but it seems like you rarely can "kill" an enemy in Disney games... you just incapacitate them, yet they can take you out. Like I said, I could be wrong about this, there's many Disney games I have not played.

What I like the most are the exceptional dialogs.

"Hey, have you seen the Hero Key?"

"I've got it right here, are you a hero?"

The big mistake here is you saying it "looks bad" don't judge a game if you haven't played at all.

I had this game it was fucking great. It's a platformer what else do expect there to go on about other than jumping and shooting enemies.
