T2 is a great game, Steve Ritchie is a great designer. I have 4 of his games (BK, F-14, Firepower & Flash) and met him in person. He's a nice guy and now works at Stern.
One of his newest pins was based on the Spiderman movies. It's his best Stern pinball yet.
it seems you may have encountered a T2 table with the rare "profanity" roms. as for their origins, it all started when Chris Granner had Arnold Schwarzenegger do some voice clips for the pinball games, and in the end when Chris asked Arnold if he wanted to say something else, Arnold replied with a "fuck you asshole" which inspired Chris to create the "profanity" romsets
thanks man! it was at this huge arcade in New Jersey off of route 22, the place closed down when I was young, I wonder if that pinball machine is still floating around somewhere?
Williams made some fine tables, and this is probably the finest, but Bally smoked their asses in 1992 with probably the finest table ever made, The Addams Family.
I love the T2 table, for the record...absolutely love it. But for pure fun and excitement, it doesn't get any better than The Addams Family. T2 runs a distant second.
ah Steve Richie Pinball master and the voice of Shau Kan.
I'd love to own that machine, along with Jurassic Park Pinball. I need the space and money first. pinball machines of that quality are damn expensive.
also alot of the voice clips on that machine are in the arcade shooter as well. sorry about the spelling
This promo was given to operators before the movie was even released. Nobody had even seen T2. These clips basically were to tell the operator "This movie isn't going to suck. Your ass is going to make some money once the movie is out and you got this in your arcade."
...they were right. Williams T2 machine was a HUGE success.

I never played T2, but I think that Spiderman is the best pinball game out there that I've played.

@Verbose76 You are now aware that Williams and Bally were the same company in the 90s :)
