  • Well, at least David has a healthy sense of humor about himself. As to the right side steering wheel, only guess I can make is the video was filmed in Australia with a KITT replica which had a right hand drive steering wheel (since they drive on the opposite side of the road like the English and the Japanese).

  • I own & built the car used for this video, yes it was filmed in Australia. Perhaps not the worlds greatest music video, but for me it was a great experience to be part of it & I got to hang out with the Hoff for 12hours !!!

  • All parts needed to make a right hand drive version of KITT, for those of us in countries who have to drive on the opposite side of the road can be bought from a company in the USA who specializes in replica KITT parts.
