That sucks that your elite crashed. I've been lucky that my Pro from Aug 08 is still alive and ticking, but for how long? I upgraded to an elite hard drive from Amazon about 3 months ago for less than $90. If my crashes, I will either not buy another one or I will probably buy an arcade and either sell or trade in my 60gb hard drive since I have more than enough with the 120gb. I have to upgrade my old 40gb FAT PS3 when get money. I won't need a Slim unless my FAT crashes.

Yeah I agree, the Wii is selling ridiculously, I thought the PS3 Slim would've opened up people's eyes with Nintendo's shovelware situation. Nontheless I'm gonna go pick up the black Wii soon, I'll feel less gay playing it I guess. No offence to anyone who already has a Wii. x)

Haha I helped my friend get the PS3 bundle (inFamous, Batman: AA, and The Dark Knight) at Walmart on Black Friday. It was freaking crazy, nonetheless a good experience. Somehow everyone wanted the PS3 over the 360 like you said. As for the Wii, that sold out faster than the PS3. I have no clue how that happened.

The the Ps3 is selling well for two reasons. PS2 people are upgrading now that the PS3 is 300 bucks. And people that already own a XBOX 360 are buying a second system.

is just incredible! it may not have amazing graphics etc but wow metroid prime 3 is incredible to me! when I first interacted with the game I could not beileve I was handling samusus power beam! Also it felt amazing when there was switches on the wall to press in the game! I had to do it like if I was really samus! what an incredible experience! Wii is amazing! thats why it sells so well! many people want it! its demanded so people waited for the price to drop and bam everyone wants it now!

Great marketing that nintendo does! Id say this holiday more people would be getting more ps3s and wiis! cause alot of people now know of 360s problems of overheating and the new ps3 slim is amazing! so is wiis price point! its all great marketing! microsoft sadly would need to do something cause it aint working for them! I like the Wii. I love Wii sports and enjoy family gaming. the more the merrier but Wii needs to step up with the games. the new Wii resort has the motion plus and to me its still not as much fun as the original. games like Super Mario Galaxy, Metroid and Zelda are few and far between
