Since that was over 250+ episodes ago, it is tough to remember what episode it exactly was.

I just remembered that Ichigo was training with someone and then he took a part of his bandage wraps and used it to spin Zangetsu around in the air so hard that it created a spiritual pressure hurricane. For what reason? I totally forgot.
