it was the riders fault, he was pulling on the horses mouth telling the horse to back up but didnt give her a chance to turn, if he didnt put as much pressure on the horses mouth she probably would have just turned to follow the beast

umm the horse is experienced with cattle, her legs just caved in when she went up and to spin around...

he was very lucky that he pushed the horse to the side and tried to move out the way as best as he could... otherwise she would have landed straight on him...
