hey if you have beten the elit for once you can train at the giant casam it has a legenday pokemon that will be helpful and all the pokemon are in the level 60 to 70 range and this will be extreamly helpful when you have to go through the elit for a second time when they have pokemon in the 70 to 80 range

Can someone please help? I've got a really crap team (all lvl 41 & 42) I don't know what I've done wrong because everyone finishes the 8th gym on lvl 46+ and I finished it on lvl 40+41 pokemon, I need to train up because I've not got a hope in the world at beating the elite four or N D: I battle everyone I meet and see, I don't avoid people in gyms or on routes and use my exp shares, but I'm still so under-leveled ... HELP! Thanks, please message with any words of wisdom :D

Great Spot but i have two questions. my team so far (for elite four, N, and Ghetsis) Is: krookodile, Meinfoo (soon meinshao), Lampent, Serperior, and Elektross.What should my 6th pokemon be and should i train my serperior here (hes not good against durants and the flying bat thing.

oh ya i already evolved my fraxure and it evolves at lvl 48 just so u know

its after that basil that things get tough, elite 4 and especially cynthia from sinnoh are tough to beat, you get to face cheren again but he is still lame and easy!!!

My trick was grinding all my Pokémon to Level 60. It eally Made the E4, N, and Ghetsis a cakewalk

I used the same method as you linkexa, also if you wanna speed things up even more you can get more than one exp. share to give to other pokemon in your main six for faster leveling!! peace out!!

if you guys think elite four is hard the first time around then you guys are completely screwed the next time around cause on each of them their lowest lvl pokemon is 71

You can also train at the sport buildings in Nimbasa city or the Rotation battle house in Opelucid city (You can rebattle everyday)

I Went To The Elite Four With Pokemon Between Levels 45-47, And I BARELY made it through. By the end, 2 of my Pokemon were at Lv.50, 1 at Lv.47, and 3 at Lv.48.
