The battle of the bulge which Hitler called operation watch on the Rhine. There goal was to split allied lines in half but they failed. Hitlers gamble didnt pay off. The Americans held. I have no problem with the Russians reaching Berlin. Funny Stalin and Soviets killled Millions maybe even more.

@CellthePhone If U watch this video " Northrop Aircraft 1" you will see the 1st Northrop twin engine Flying NM1 that flew in 1940 years of the Krauts. Northrop had been developing the flying with engines from 1933. There were twin-engine powered prototypes that flew in the 1930. Don't believe lying Nazi loving Krauts who say did it first Robert Nrothropp was years ahead of the Krauts + USA Airforce had a jet proto-type that flew N 1945. When it comes to aviation USA in # One!!! + Germans Suck!

@solomonharry25 Robert Godsard designed, built + launched 1ST Liquid Fueled rocket in 1926 to exceed 500 MPH in New Mexico, USA. Werner Von Braun a Rehabilitated Nazi admitted he used Robert Goddards patent that were stolen form US Patent Office by Nazi Spys. Von Braun an employee at Goddard Space Center of Nasa admitted this on taped television show and said Robert Goddards is the Father of Modern Rocketry and his designs are still in use today and set the standards of all Modern rocketry!

for all who like history, it's easy: German Leopard tank is the father of the us-abrams. german marder tank is the father of the us-bradley... Werner von Braun brought the usa to the moon... the "HORTEN IX" was the father of all stealthfighters of today (B2 and F117A for example)... the germans built the first microwave-gun prototype in ww2... and the first flying saucer "Die Glocke" (but that was a fail)... and today? the oerlikon "Skyshield" from Rheinmetall for example... :) google it :)

@Bjoern211 BTW the tank the Abrams is a 100% American built and designed and its armor is original and Germany new nothing of depleted uranium and its advanced on the go firing system. The Hortens were 16 years behind the Northrop Twin Engine Flying that flew in 1929 16 years of ahead of Germany. The Bradley is another American invention. Please do some reading before U shoot of your big flapping Nazi Jaws. BTW the Germany is the most defeated nation in modern military history of the world!

@LottoWinner999 we lost 2 world wars only because we had to much enemy at the end. germany is a nation with a lot of victories. take a look at the usa. they got help mostly from french forces and some german forces during their independence war. they lost against korea, they lost against vietnam, iraq is not a real victory and today they led us into afghanistan war... a war which is still lost.

@LottoWinner999 read some history books, in the "krauts corner" in france after the d-day 3 german soldiers with a mg, a k98, a mp40 and some handgrenades were stopping a us-infantry company for 1 day. our best troops were fighting against our strongest enemy, russia. usa was fighting mostly against reserve units. and when they were fighting against german units who had experince the us lost a lot soldiers.

I'm working for the us-army and here a lot of amerikans who say that a lot of the stuff u can read in european books u cant read in american books. ´the americans here say also that u cant believe the stuff the us-tv shows u. and btw... defeated nation, no other nation was so powerful like germany or able to have war a few years long against a world. today is china the most powerful nation.

@Sternfeger8654 Germany made just about everything you see in the military now, the russians have not changed alot since the cold war the US is constantly changing and getting the best tech they have no chinese stuff, China uses russian equipment which like I said is still pretty much the same cold war crap.

@ACE3709 also China is rising incredibly, and it is possible that China will emerge as an equal, or even superior, pole to the US superpower as soon as 2020. they already on place #2 of the strongest Technolgy "from statistics". (and also if u search deeper u find out that china is hiding alot of their hi-tech for multiple reasons.) (But i think the most countries are hiding some technologies). But how i already said Germany have no Option to be the Leader of the new Superpower
