  • Like all great Art, it looks effortless....a very elegant practice!

  • just amazing !

  • so much precision

  • nice :D

  • i feel loved

  • Thanks, everything nice and peaceful, so didactic

  • es excelente tu videos

  • He moves with such grace.

  • nice floooor

  • how did he do the jumping back? it's like slow motion.

  • He's kind of balancing for a fraction of a second on his arms. Also very much due to the strength in his core muscles (ie those between the bottom of the ribcage and top of the thighs.

It is an incredible practice, it really is.

  • nice shorts

  • Prefer David Swenson though, less sanctimonious.

    watch?v=WjkzibKE9As

  • why was he using such a tiny mat?

  • Fantastic yoga got his videos, I love his unaffected way of presentation, so many videos suffer from a "I'm so spiritual " mind set.

  • Ihave never seen such great flow it appears yoga is often taught withought

flow the flow makes it clearand easy to read...... I can feel the chakras opening

  • 1:43 gravity??

  • bandhas

  • Richard is a great teacher...is a disciple of Master Pattabhi Jois

  • wow...he has so much flow. not a single stopping point. flow from one thing to another. like the ocean waves. truely beautiful

  • This is our Richard Freeman. Just want to say he is a great teacher. He is the real teacher for Yoga.

  • @beeper1109, umm the real teachers came from India....

  • @stacyl118 what a bitch

  • @stacyl118

What the person probably meant, is that despite the fact that Freeman is not an Indian, he is every bit as legitimate as a Yoga teacher as any Indian.. Afterall, his own teacher was one of the great Indian Yogi's.. Freeman has mastered the art as well as any Indian Yogi..

  • Very natural way of developing the Surya Namaskar B, specially the preparation for Virabhadrasana A, lowering those heels in such a beautiful way. Congrats.

  • He really looks like Sri Darma Mittra, but younger...

  • seems like his right shoulder is injured.

  • This is indeed Surya Namaskara B, but again it is from Richard's Intermediate Series DVD

  • This is not from the Intermediate Series, this is Surya Namaskara B (or Sun Salutation B). Nice video, just an incorrect label.

  • This is from Richard Freeman's Intermediate Series dvd - if you ever get the opportunity to study with him I would thoroughly recommend it, he is a very grounded and intelligent teacher.

  • This is one of the masters Richard Freeman. I think he should get some credit. Buy his video or go to a class or workshop of his if you really want to learn from him.

  • It may have been from the Intermediate video but this is not part of the second/third series. You do the sun salutations and standing postures before you start any of the series. Primary starts with dandasana, not surya namaskara A.

  • Thanks for your comment. I double checked the DVD and this clip is from the Intermediate Series.

  • Nice form, nice video, but it is also mislabeled. This is Suryanamaskar B and not The Intermediate Series.
