this always puts me to sleep. helps me relax my mind and that there was a time in my life when I had no worries and when I focus on just that I end up falling asleep with ease and not fighting to go to sleep with worrying about bills, and how I'm going to get dinner if I have to work late ah the joy of being a child.

this video is amazing. i have the full dvd. when my son was a newborn and i couldnt get him to stop crying or i just needed some peace i would put this on and he would stare at the screen for hours.
