No, that is what you will spend, start to finish. The conversion bits will probably run you less than $1000. You don't JUST need an engine. You need everything out of a working running RXP or RXT. Currently I see them in good working order for $6000 or more.

With the stock RXP engine, it ran 82mph. With the Riva stage3 engine bits, it ran 87mph. I hope to have some better numbers in a couple of weeks.
