Wonderful article in the New York Times today about Jiri, who is choreographing a new piece for NYCB, with music by Oto. As a NYCB aficionado and fan, I also love the reason Jiri mentions for choreographing the new piece en pointe (unlike his other works): "this is the company of Balanchine. The girls have perfect technique. It's a gift, why not?" He and Otto are both amazing.
Could you also post this in english or german? It would mean very, very much..
