  • This boss is not fun to me because of one thing... no more hilarious cowardly Astro Man :(

  • Wanna play Old Maid?

  • 1:44 Sakura! nice!!

  • you made it so damn easy XD

  • I could hear the frustration in your voice. The poor Dragon. At least at 6:35 you got hugged by a Met.

  • @beedolphin1 Lol.

  • you know, you can just stand in between the satellites when they are being spiraled down

  • I love how much work you put in your videos keep it up

  • ...sometimes there is an odd noise after you hit something in the outtakes... Is that you slapping yourself?

  • Yes, I do have a tendency to do that ^_^;

  • @RoahmMythril Well, I hope you don't do it TOO hard. I did think it might just be you putting down your controller if you're using one, but yeah, it sounded a bit odd to me.

  • It's slappping my knee in frustration generally, nothing major ;)

  • @RoahmMythril Ah. I thought you were slapping your face.

  • If MM&B was after megaman 8, what the hell happened to his astro crush?

  • He was reprogrammed.

  • I thought your Astroman impression was pretty good.

  • can u actually dodge passworders shots

  • I'm actually not sure right off. Best to just get it right though X)

  • @RoahmMythril im getting the game in a while so i could try it then comment back telling you if you can dodge the shots

  • @mynutty123 no you cant i tried and failed one time i actully dodged the first set and forgot there was a second set and failed but it was funny

  • @mynutty123 you can its easy the shots on my game shot once then shots again after 5 seconds wow

  • @mynutty123 yeah, it's possible to dodge those shots, there are "blind spots" where you don't get hit by them

  • @mynutty123 yes you can.

  • Hey look astro man knew he was gonna get a five.

  • I the main reason this is harder than the one in 8, is because you have such a small are to fight.

  • Roahm, I have to give credit where credit is due. You are amazing for making these vids. I couldn't do perfect runs like this, I'd go insane. So way to go man. You're awesome.

  • Thank you ;)

  • I think this is the happiest you have been in a video aside from the SHINY stages.

  • Wow, Jamiroquai. Now there's a group i haven't heard in forever. I remember them winning the best MTV music video one year.

  • Astro Man is much tougher in this game than MM8. >_<

  • i love this guy's nerdy voice! (and just so you know, i AM kindof a nerd!)

  • "OH HOW DID YOU FIND ME?I feel so embarassed!"

  • awsome vid roahm

  • Thank you ;)

  • RNG shenanigans :)

  • I've come here...BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!

  • Great video. I having great difficulties in timing my shots. I just can't seem to hit him in more than 1 out of 10 shots!

  • Yeah, Astro Man can be annoying due to how small his vulnerable hitbox is. The Magic Card obviates this since it can damage him in spots where the Mega Buster cannot.

  • In my opinion, I don't think copy vision counts as a special weapon because it fires megabuster shots too.

  • It still does more damage against Dynamo Man though, so there's at least something special about the shots.

  • Good God, Astroman's a little bitch in this game. His range is incredibly cheap and without the Magic Card it's a real pain in the Bass.

  • Haha, well stated ;)

  • You ever played donkey kong country 3? That mini boss reminded me of those colored crystals in that game you played to get banana birds.

  • This stage looked much better than Astro Man's stage in MM8. Maybe I say that just because I hate the maze potions of that level.

  • I just realised that you can use the magic card on astro's man copies and then they dissapear.

  • Yeah...Copy Vision is much more annoying than Astro Crush.

I did not know about that about the enemies he summons. Must keep that in mind.

  • congratulatios pal =) its a nice video

    "RoahmMythil got 5 stars" hahahahaha

    Bless =)

  • damm he is a fast bastard... and you had luck that he used teh same attack so many times...

  • Oh, those disappearing block sequences! X$ Those take me so long to get through! (At least they aren't sadistically misleading like in IceMan's level...)

  • And it really IS tough to perfect run. I'd almost expect a 7; just for the variety of different frustrating traps and their brilliant execution.

This level almost reminds me of early Wily levels in other games.

  • The main misleading part of the block sequence is it seems to directly steer you toward that gap in the ceiling, but it's just a dead end room, the only good thing about it being it holds I think two CDs.

  • It's also partly just how FAST these blocks go, compared to the sequences in other games. I would say "other," but from what I've watched, even the ones in PlugMan's stage isn't THAT mean!

And then, I thought about what you said during your rating... are you actually rating the R&F stages on their own, independent scale; rather that comparing them with other MM games?

  • I'm doing my best to rate them as much as I can along the entire series, but I can't help but realize there's going to be far worse during this game. Astro Man was tough, but I've already done tougher in other games, and I know harder stages await me. Aside from the randomness, the stage wasn't THAT bad, but there was enough to warrant it being about middle of the road in my opinion.

  • the last fight with mega was to learn how he attacks, how does he move and how does he reacts, astroman knowed that and wanted to test it...just FOR SCIENCE, not revenge (i think)

good job, roahm...talking about dynamo, that one is going to be a bugger, dosen't he?

pretty much everyone in the 2 row is a bugger, more than the others: tengu, dynamo & burner, any strategy on them?

  • Aye, the second column, there may be some difficulty there. Magic and Tengu have speed on their side, Dynamo has his recharge, Burner is just a total spaz..... I'm not sure about Pirate, I haven't really thought about him much.

  • just to you to know, i tested the pattern on astroman in his gba version as well...as megaman too...but...actually, astroman was somewath dodgable.

the copy vision....was dodgable, you could slide back and fort in the room (side to side) and pretty much it does not hit you, is just timing

as for the others attacks, they're just the same (im not quite sure, but i think it just two random dives, one random and the other homing...)

as for my luck with the others...2 defeated, 6 more to go...

  • Right, Copy Vision is dodgeable, it's just not as easy to counterattack him as some of his other moves, that was my concern at that point ;)

  • Glad to see another video from you.

  • Glad to be able to provide it ;)

  • There's a miku miku dance video with the song there.

  • AstroMan is so unsure and skittish. It's a wonder he hasn't been taken in by Dr. Light and made to give MegaMan items/tips/or whathaveyou, kinda like Auto. lol

    Anyways, great video as always.

  • Aye, it does seem almost like he should have become an ally character or something. Maybe using his VR powers to give Mega Man virtual training arenas against older bosses or something.

  • Astro Man was in a pretty good mood that day.

  • Indeed, I was surprised by how many times he kept summoning Shururuns, most helpful indeed.

  • Sweet! He's my favorite MM8 robot master! Thanks for the vid, roahm!

  • Ah, well glad you liked the vid then ;)

  • Lol you were lucky, nice vid

  • Indeed, which I'm thankful for, this is one of those stages I was getting tired of ;P
