@jwetherb The lawsuit is against NASA, not hansen. He clearly violated the law. The problem is that NASA is blocking the release of the evidence that would prove it in **court**. The fact that hansen has taken millions of dollars outside his NASA duties is NOT in dispute. Courts are not the real world, they are an artificial construct that has very specific rules for procedure and evidence. Very frequently guilty people go free and innocent people lose - particularly in civil proceedings.

Hansen is a lunatic whose many prognostications over the years have never come near the mark. I can't wait until he's fired and the whole task of studying "climate change" is removed from NASA's hands.
