No problem, what you are reffering to is called "surge" on a mechanically supercharged motor that does not use electroni tuning devies, all the tuning has to be set to run at a given higher RPM. This engine is actually tuned PERFECTLY. That surge that you hear is the engine at idle...drawing down RPM until it surges to keep at idle. Some folks really like the sound. pthers dont...But judge a big blown engine at Fast Idle!

That is an absolutely perfect idle for a mechanically supercharged engine. The surging has to do with the supercharger providing a minimal amount of gas at low RPMs while still being tuned to perfection in the higher bands.
