I was reading that the Rinnegan is not necessarily an evolution in the simplest terms, but he used the 1st hokages DNA in order to obtain it. Many people referenced when he told Konan about his battle with the 1st and that the winner is the one that plans ahead. Anyways great review! Can not wait to see this animated and hopefully everything comes to a close!

i think the overall idea behind the three eyes is that the original ninja "the sage of six paths" had the rinnegan and all the other stuff was traits passed down through his lineage. it was said that there was two clans decendended directly from him and they somehow split the power between them of body and spirit. the body, being the uchiha, got what added up to being an incomplete rinnegan, or the sharingan. I think it makes sense that one could unlock this because its already in their DNA.

I believe it was actually stated that the Rinnegan was the original dojustu and that sharingan and byakugan users are descendants of the Sage of the Six Paths and that the Uchiha were closer in reallation than the Hyuuga. It'd be crazy if Madara died when he summoned the Nine tails and Tobi was his pupil(maybe Obito Uchiha)

I think something that may go by the waste said is Naruto's control over his Chakra has greatly improved since taking the Kyuubi's Chakra because he makes a giant Rasengan without any power ups like Sage Mode or Kyuubi Mode.

I think the RInnengan being connected to the Sharingan actually makes sense because the SO6P oldest son had his eyes & was the founder of the Uchiha clan. I think this means the oldest didn't have Rinnengan right off the back if ever but he at least had the Sharingan

I think kishi is trying to show us that tobi isnt a big deal anymore. It doesnt matter who he is. He is nothing compared to madara. I think tsuchikage is gonna tell gaara and naruto to retreat and sacrifice himself taking muu with him. Everyone else (excluding temari) on the battle field dies. Gaara reports to HQ and the Raikage finally leaves to meets up with bee and naruto. Kabuto sends madara to sasuke and forces him to join. Then they confront Raikage, bee, naruto and itachi. Epic battle.

I figured it would still probably take a few chapters to find out who Tobi really is but we did learn more about the rinnegan and sharingan and more about madara so their was some development there. You are right the action was top notch and Madara's susanoo is epic, plus it uses hand signs. I think it will take a combined effort of everyone on the battle field to try and slow that meteor down

great review guys ! I think Madara was referring to Tobi at first , but I think actually he`s referring to Orochimaru . This chapter answered alot of questions. Madara said he obtained the Rinnegan before he died. I think intentionally he gave Nagato the Rinnegan eyes before he died.. Now why would he do that?, well Nagato shared in some way the same ideals as Madara.. He wants to revenge his parents death on Konoha. Madara knew about this so so he gave his precious eyes to him.
