Thanks to that simple system of categorizing everyone in the US, The country is now inhabited by about 70% liberals. A serious of catastrophes that hopefully end in victory = war. Spend some time reading about mistakes made in WWII. I would rather have a president that makes decisions and mistakes than one that refuses to make any just to avoid the later. Allezach - Thank you. Thank you for putting country before party. It seems to be a rare trait today, but it's coming around. I am a moderate Democrat. Centrist really. And I'll say this unequivocally, if this administration was made up of Democrats, I would be doing the same thing you are. I don't care what party it is. They have taken the politics of fear and exploited it to scare us into submission. It's time to change course.

I am a Republican, a pretty conservative Republican when I first began to vote 45 years ago, find myself applauding Overman's editorial. Spokesmen for the Republican Party now criticize this as being "in the gutter." The wording is strong, but the points are accurate.

This speech is very tightly written and based in facts. The Republican Party has lost its way, and is leading Americans astray. I hope we get back on track soon.
