Hi, Ateyaaa, The music complimented to your tut well. The pink cast might be coming from the sun shining in though a window. You can see it in the cast iron skillet, the cabinet, and you face. I'm not criticizing. I just see folks asking why the eggs are pink. You have my mouth watering. Yeah, we've all way used the "yellow" corn meal for fish fry. I thought butter milk is spoiled milk (not to the point it curds).

Great video Atyeaa, I love frying fish but I prefer yellow cornmeal!!! The color and texture is a bit difference. The yellow is more spicy and crisp while the white is a little bland. That is why I don't fly with white flour because it requires so much seasoning. The fish looked great either way!!! :)
