@bonnie43uk I don't know about this particular story, but I can tell you from my personal experience that this kind of thing really does happen to some Christians. I've personally heard a voice from God (I wouldn't say 'the voice of God') on several occasions, and I've seen truly supernatural signs and miracles, utterly unexplainable in terms of natural processes. So if this story is true, I wouldn't be surprised.
When we "ask" God questions, he answers. I've learned that over the past 11 months. He wants to talk to us, to commune with us. We just don't take the time, or make room in schedules. Some of us have vast amounts of time but we make ourselves busy, too busy. Wrtie down what God says in a journal. Write down what you ask. This way you can look back and see his faithfulness and his amazing works.

I like Graham Cooke a lot he is definately a Christian who knows what he is talking about, definately fit to be a preacher. And I love how in one of his videos he laughed about people thinking that God wrote a book and then stopped talking. You have to learn to listen.

Wow! That story really helped remind me to listen to the Father's loving heart re. my own community. So often I wonder how I alone can help anyone, but I stop there and busy myself with MY own life. I do believe to defy the living word of God is mental illness and eternal death and damnation. I have viewed other videos of his and find them VERY spiritually disturbing as they stray from the pure word of God, which is the final authority in all matters of faith and practice. His "Throne Room" is quite illuminating!

I don't know very much about the man, in fact I just stumbled across him, but I've seen your comments and I'm wondering. What is it exactly that offends you, especially about the Throne Room. Is it that he had a dream, or is it the intimate nature of his relationship with God? I'm still trying to find out his doctrine, but WOW! I found his testimonies to be quite powerful. I pray that he is true, but if he isn't, I pray that God will expose his falseness.
The Bible is very exsplicit and it is our only guide, measuring stick and we are not to follow man bur the word of God. Are you familluar with the "holy laughter movement?" Doctrine is teachings. Angels of God worship and praise Him in His presence and they do not laugh. The entire scen is disrespectfull of the true God. The associations are xclusive of the god of this world. Example: Uzzah tried to stabalize the ark of God and showed disobedience, which is the opposite of reverence and RESPECT the true God requires: 2Samuel6:6-7 This abomination is utterly demonstrated in Cooks "Throne Room". God is to be FEARED

I get what both of you are saying... I am not sure what to think of Graham. What he is saying in this video seems to be edifying, I liked the video about love. I see what monte is saying because I was caught up in what he's talking about with, all the stuff on GodTV. Some of it is good, some of it (alot of those people are connected to Todd Bentley)...Todd seemed sincere, but is deceived. Laughter and joy is good, my church sings and dances (Hillsong style!) and is sincere too.
Laughter and joy is good like I said. Just like healing, tongues, being baptized in the spirit. Monte, I've personally known Graham for 5 years. He visits our Church in Sydney every year & speaks at our conference. He's stayed at my house. He moves in the spirit. Monte. David danced before the Lord with ALL HIS MIGHT (2 Samual 6:14)wearing an ephod I might add. An ephod is a religeous garment with deep spititual significance. You must find that very disturbing as David was obviously thrilled and full of joy - might even have been laughing! Shock Horror Suggest you re-think who God is. He is a God of Love and Joy too. Who ever said laughter is disrespectful?? Apart from you? God created laughter.

Monte, I've personally known Graham for 5 years. He visits our Church in Sydney every year & speaks at our conference. He's stayed at my house. He moves in the spirit. He is a completely sold out for Jesus. To say he is a false prophet & antichrist is absolutely absurd. There are those who would love to pull him down (you?) & always will be attacks on those who are anointed by God. PLEASE check your facts. The damage you've done in perpetuating the rumor is immense.

The Bible is the word of God.
You need to read it and not interperet it. Allow itself to interperate itself. It is the very word of God that puts him down and not me. I speak out against evil, which Graham is. You are lost if you never find the truth and are not able to try the spirits. I would like you to find the harmony of the entire Bible. That is truth. Not what I say and not what you say, But the Bible alone. I pray the veil comes from off your eyes before it is too late.

The Bible is the word of God and we are TOLD to interpret it. If we read it without the holy spirit to bring it alive it is easy to misquote - as you have done 5 or 6 times. For example. Uzzah was disobedient. He touched the ark. His demise had NOTHING to do with laughter or joy whatsoever and is COMPLETELY IRELEVANT to the argument you appear set upon. David however laughed. FACT. Laughter is not wrong nor disrespectful.. Heaven is full of joy and laughter. Check the Greek original.

I see where you are comming from and you have taken scriptures out of contects in most cases to try to prove an argument that you have with the Bible.
I don't ask you to believe me but the Bible alone and if you know through studying the word of God, then by all means believe what you want. It is not me that has any part in changing your mind. You are to stand on the scripture alone and not feelings or spirits that do not come from God.

I have witnessed his doctrines out of his very mouth and if he does not mean what he says. He should be quiet. This is enough to know the truth. The alternative is: "The end justifies the means" and it does not.

Mark 4:12 is yet another of your frequent generalisations - it applies equally to you, me , everyone in fact... and proves nothing in the context of my question. You have failed to provide a single example of where Graham is not aligned to the bible and yet you continue to attack him. That's becuse he IS aligned - completely. Either put up - or shut up. You have insulted him without grounds. You need to apologise to him and learn humility.

No I can't see it. I can see the love of a child for its father. The wonder.. the awe... It is symbolic gesture in a vision - it didn't happen! How you choose to interpret it is up to you. I see no disrespect at all.. simply love awe and honour. You STILL haven't demonstrated where Graham is not aligned to the bible. Jesus tells us to come to him as little children. Perhpas you have a cultural issue here.. I dont know.. in my culture touching the head is a sign bestowing honour.

The throne room is a DREAM. The Dream is supernatural. Look at the cows and the corn that Daniel dreamed. Look at the statue the king dreamed of.. all ridiculous in the normal sense. Graham didnt actually touch Gods head.. for goodness sake.. a dream is symbolic and this is the symbol is of an intimate close relationship - which is exactly what God wants from us. What a critical spirit you have. God tells us we are his CHILDREN. I hug my kids. I'll hug God too one day.
