good effort. i would lower the weight and make your movements more fluid. remember, the bear is 5 movements in one. one exercise should flow into the next without a pause.
My God, that is one tough lady! I never thought she'd get through it but she sure did. And all that was just the "last round"?! Color me impressed, the world needs more like her :)
you are leaning too far forward on you front squats. try to sit back more.
