fobbylicious I agree with you! What's with the criticism people? Got up from the wrong sides of your beds? Say Thank you and move on if you don't like it!
@fobbylicious Just because he teaches how to make a Vietnamese dish, he must be Vietnamese, right? Well, I know how to make some American dishes, I must be American.=0. Oh btw, read the Bio in the info before commenting or you'll just look stupid for posting.
By the way guys, this is not a speech video. This is a learn how to make dipping video. I just don't understand why should anyone criticize how he pronounce or how fast he talks. How about criticize how he teaches. With that being stated, him teaching us how to make the dipping is actually pretty good.
I'm not sure about the authenticity of his recipes. Check out his video for vietnamese sandwiches. It's not right. Also he constantly forgets to tell us the amount for some ingredients. How much white wine vinegar? How much chili and garlic?
And the nice dipping sauces will have some of the daikon and carrot mix in it also!
ye ye ye ye Bro! dis is a really good sauce recipe, this sauce goes very well with spring rolls, I also enjoy pouring this sauce on noodles with pork or beef. Hook up a mango shake or a tsing tsao beer and you will have have an amazing meal!

lol are you chinese? cuz i am. are you familiar with cantonese fob english? clearly not. you want a taste of vietnamese.. du ma mai, an cac. cam on.^^
@ladievicious That's pretty interesting. So you searched for this video, but only commenting because you're labeling yourself and identifying what race you are. What is the point? Does this have anything to do with the video? No. Aren't you a bit childish?
He's definitely Chinese not Vietnamese. He looks Chinese and his name is Hiu Yau. I can't thinks of any Vietnamese with the name Hiu, only Hieu. Also, read the video's info.
@mikeb103 Actually MANY viets have the name Hui/Hieu. Yau is usually a chinese last name you're right about that. However, we can't say that it's impossible for a viet person to have a chinese last name. There are actually a lot of chinese viets around. Maybe his dad is chinese and his mother is viet. Ever thought of that? lol..
theres another sauce you can use.mine has the sweet and spicy flavor, depending on how you like it.ingredients are sugar, hoisin sauce, fish sauce, peanut butter to make it creamy, and those red peper paste that has the seeds and skin in a jarr.yumm
