Do you suggest wetting the ground first if it's a little hard.?

@SatyTech85: Not sure if that would help. Best to break ground with a spade initially if the ground is very hard. Your biggest problem will be roots wrapping around the axle.

@ateschner: It works great in small areas on already broken ground. For my 10 x10 area it's just right.
