  • You look fine (hair, shorts, etc.). You don't have to conform to U.S. standards. Continue doing your own thing. You're a great example to the rest of us who want to get as fit as you. Plus, you're very kind to answer questions from people--unique on youtube.

You've probably answered this, but (besides abs), how many times a week do you exercise each muscle group? I assume two (?). Ciao!

  • @7777Martes Thank you for your appreciation and for showing it among these comments in here, which seem to point to my supposed gayness (each video I posted share different issues: this one inspires the "gay guy" one...).

Presently I train each body part twice a week and the abs every other day: training our body parts thrice a week can be good, as long as one doesn't workout more than 15 minutes a day.

    Regards.

  • ok things u should do..If you care...to look less ghey

    1. get a hair cut..manly one

    2. remove that make up..if ur using any

    3. and don't point at anything like that lol 1:44

4.and for the love of god plz.. wear longer shorts...

you'll look 10 times better for the ladies..am just saying...and keep working out! :)

  • @rozzalenda123 Thanks a lot for your advices.

  • @rozzalenda123 I don't think this dude is into the ladies, he seems pretty queer

  • @rozzalenda123 he isnt "ghey", he is from europe. get over yourself and learn how to spell. speak english, not ebonics.

  • Hi antonio how are you .What is the best exersize for building upper chest muscles ?regards mark

  • @mark1qt Do you mean the upper pectoralis major? This muscle acts to adduct the arms in the orizontal plane AND in the frontal plane: so one has to perform both movements to make it good (i.e., push-ups and dips). Regards.

  • @mark1qt Incline press and fly´s

  • omg, freaking gay... or shemale lol

  • Can yu wear longer shorts?

  • @v1gravityy But I like these shorter ones, can't I?

  • @Anthonya01 Yes, it is: it prevents any harm to cervical vertebrae, which would be damaged by excessive pulling from levator scapulae if you arch your neck.

  • you wearin make up son?

  • @darktim99 Not at all, dad...

  • @darktim99 lmfao..

  • is that a chick??

  • Great job there :) have you tried the new requirements ? i bet youll nail them :)

  • @kroasana Thanks!

What new requirements are you talking about? In less than 6 minutes or what?

THANKS FOR TELLING ME ABOUT THEM ANYWAY!

  • @antokindness those are the new requirements:

    1. 5 Muscle Ups

    2. 45 Dips

    3. 25 Pull-ups

    4. 55 Push Ups

    5. and 5 Muscle Ups, within 6 mins.

  • Thanks for sharing! You are completely charming & adorable! Yes even at your age. Your girlfriend is a lucky woman. You are not only fine, but according to your words, career, & choice of reading materials you are highly intelligent & good of heart, it is obvious by the way you consistently answer the arrogance & nastiness of other's & their biting, jealousy. Hold your head high & continue to stick with your "kindness" there are rewards & boundless abundance that comes from it! Blessings!

    t

  • @hipretty Thank you, hipretty, for taking some of your time to write down such a far too good comment about about me.

I wish you so well and I really appreciate YOUR kindness.

  • @antokindness No it is not a far too good comment about you. I found your videos 2 days ago & watched several. Time after time you demonstrate w/ proper form, explaining what you do, anyone can clearly see you are fit & lean & work hard in a short time (what else can one want?). Time & time again I see cruelty, jealousy, taunting. I find it despicable! What you give comes back to you..so I took a moment to give back positive feedback. Others will also get back what they give! Stay kind :-)

  • @hipretty You words sound very good again and again I find them way too good :)

I'm very happy that a good person as you find my videos useful.

    I wish you luck!

  • @antokindness :-)

  • whats with the tight shorts and dodgy vest.......are you....that way inclined?

You seem to give off a feminine attitude and look.

    Why is that???

  • @zulu2829: I'm just inclined to stay healthy and strong, mate; if you don't like the way i dress, just concentrate on what I do (if you don't bore); I'm in a love relationship with a wonderful and brilliant woman who doesn't hold any doubt about my "inclination" for she didn' t limit her judgements to the way I dress while exercising and agreed to see for herself.

    Regards.

  • are you gay?

  • @dobyziilo: No, I'm not. Regards.

  • @avarax03: at an advanced level, making use of weights becomes almost necessary: then my answer depends on your actual conditioning, dude.

  • the press ups arent full press ups! his nose was nowhere near the floor, nice effort though

  • Dear friend, what makes a good press-up from a bad one is the fact if you reach the parallel-to-the-ground position with your arms or not: his depth counts far less and the deeper you go the more shoulder-problems you get.

    Just a medical advice.

  • The pullups were not deadhang and the chin didnt go above the bar.

  • That's why I do not suffer from any shoulder pain, dude...and Ill'be 40 in three days: I leave at you and the strong men out there the full-ROM.

    Take care.

  • I thought that shoulder pain was a result of not doing deadhang. ;)

  • @labonka: indeed: shoulder pain is usually linked to dead-hangs and to the bench-press: I'm doing a video about this in two days.

    Regards.

  • Great workout I'm guessing you only do this when your testing yourself. I mean you don't do this workout everyday.

  • @upin2880: you're right: I do this once in a week but I substitute the final muscle-ups with another round of pull-ups (In my room there's no place where to perform them). Regards.

  • @upin2880 Cool man, I've worked out with weights most of my life but recently I've seen all these videos of guys doing awesome things. Like the Bar tendaz guys. Now I want to get to the point where I can do these tricks. Any workout suggestions to get me there?

  • wow good job even though you didnt make it its really impressive in only few minutes..i think the guy below me is talking about the shirt being low cut on top but its just a simple shirt i will subscribe to your videos good workouts!

  • @lazerkill010: thank you, dude! Fortunally I finally made it about two weeks ago and I already uploaded it.

    Wish you well.

  • I know what was wrong !!!

    NOT YOU !!!

The black shirt is for woman !!!

That is way I took you for gay !!!

    I m sorry about this mistake !!

  • I guess there must be some other thing wrong: I bought this shirts among other MEN-T-shirts...

Anyway, it' really doesn't matter, dude: not always are ideas confirmed by experience.

  • Sorry about your impression, but this how it is

  • Anything can change, even the worst first impression.

  • stupid gay

  • @zenek0077 : sorry, wise man, but I'm not stupid nor gay.

    Take care (of your brain).

  • I think he is gorgeous if my opinion counts

    I decided to try this...

I did the 50 push ups and threw up =( I am so un-athletic

  • @natesrry: sorry for your experience, but thanks for your appreciation, dude: check my last attempt at this test, if you have time.

    Regards.

  • yeah, well.. your'e a pretty strong one though;)

you earned my respect by doing muscle ups..

are you a swimmer by the way ? you have the body of a swimmer...

  • @tyceurope: I've been swimming since I was 5 y.o. at good level: but since a couple of years I don't swim any more (just once in a rare while with some girlfriends of mine).

I'm glad for your last comment, dude.

    Regards.

  • wow this dude is uber gaylord

  • I'm just me, man.

  • Awesome form, inspiring! Have to reach my target of 10 pull ups first! Hope u achieve this requirements and get better everytime!

  • I wish you to fulfil your goal soonest.

Thanks for your nice comment, man.

  • No problem man, u deserved much more! Anyways, thanks a lot!

  • To xanyxxx look up christopher sommers article "building the olympic body"...that will explain your query about the extraordinary strength of gymnasts...:-)

  • what is the best chest exercise ??

  • Parallel dips and push-ups.

  • i would say flys and bench

  • I would say otherwise: flys are a single-joint movement and the bench-press keeps the scapulas too static and doesn't allow for the full-chest-improvement to happen (you miss the serratus anterior and will do harm to your rotators-muscle group).

    Thaks for comment.

  • you say bench hurts your rotator cuff? hows that? and is there any ways to prevent that so that i can keep doing bench press?

  • It hurts 'cause it prevents the correct scapular movements (the scapulae act as controllers of humeral heads): you can avoid the problem by leaning yourself on a roller-foam of 4 inches of caliber (put it just under your entire spine and head): this way your shoulders are as free to move as they are while doing push-ups.

  • so perpendicular with my spine? and while i lay on my bench or are you saying to do that on the ground?

  • Not perpendicular, but parallel: you should lay on the roller so to allow more room to the movements of the scapulae. Stay on the bench, but you could do it on the ground as well.

  • Dude thanks for posting this!! Make me wanna go and challenge myself , very inspiration, I kind a stuggling on musucle up.

    Peace man!

  • You're welcome, man: start easy on muscle-ups and very soon you will master them.

    Take care.

  • I didn´t expect something so good.

    very good job Antonio.

  • I'm glad about this, dude, thank you!

  • It doesn't weigh so much, LOL.

Anyway, go and do it and upload it then instead of posting comments as wise as this!

  • how many times you do this super set in the day ??

  • Once: any workout must be done with care not to injure your tendons and joint.

  • i have some questions

How many times do you so this supersuperset only one time o 3 times??

and how many times a week you do this workout in a week??

  • Two-three times a week: in some time I will post the complete task with the 5 mucle-ups in the end.

  • You kind of remind me of Brüno, lol.

I dont care anyways, the vid is nice and so is your workout!

  • Thank you...but who's Bruno?

  • I counter-bet two hundred bucks that you are soooo dumb.

  • maybe but that´s not a problem (ok for me)

  • Good attempt man. I usually work with rings. The only things I use with weights are bench presses, squats and deadlifts.

Muscle ups are HARD after all of that, huh

  • Thank you, dude.

You're training seems very well structured to me.

  • wtf speek english

  • Dude, my friend can't speak Italian even! :)

  • I dunno... whenever I done them (with the proper form, and a trainer even), I got disk problems in my back. Apes and monkeys are extremely strong.. yet, they never deadlift (a chimp is 4 times stronger than a strong male)....I heard a male gymnast who never lifted weight tried to deadlift once and rocked out 400lbs. I'm looking for dealift/squat alternatives.

  • I never did them too -am I an ape maybe? :) -

Go for one-leg squat by placing your hands on something just not to fall down and go for hip-bridges for your low-back and thigh-flexors.

    Cheers.

  • Thank u! Yeah I do one legged squats without support, bridges, weighted back hyperextensions, glute ham raises, supermans and weighted machine back extensions--they don't seem to harm the back at all.

I think DLs, squats and such have something to do with vertical pressure on spinal column.

As to apes--really, they never hunt large prey, so they never deadlift--yet gorilla can DL 2000lbs or something... Everyone in my gym who does DLs has ugly box-shaped trunk huh and unable to do bridges

  • do you use free-weights at all? or just body weight?

  • Lately I make use of dumbells to train deltoids and biceps, but almost exclusively I train with my bodyweight.

  • thanks... good job on the video keep up the good work man

  • thanks for posting. Bodyweight exercises rock vs lifting weights. I'm starting to shift towards gymnastics bodyweight stuff, buying gymnastics rings, etc--what's a point of being big with little funcitonal strength?

    I have questions for you:

What do you think of deadlifts and heavy squats? I feel they're unnatural cause wild animals never do them yet they're the strongest.

Do you think that easting extra calories and protein are neccesary for strength building? (not talking about bulking up)

  • Deadlifts and heavy-squats can be good IF performed with perfect technique, but they can seriously do harm if performed any less than perfectly.

Eating 2 gr of proteins per kilogram of body-weight a day is more than enough for both purposes.

    Wish you well.

  • scusa ma le gambe dove le hai lasciate??

  • Prego, ma, se guardi meglio, non sono cos' sproporzionato come mi descrivi: grazie della critica cmq: vedrò di "riprenderle" un po'. Ciao.

  • my goodness, you are my inspiration #1. thanks to you i can do 22 pullups at the age of 52. please keep your videos coming.

  • Thank you, sir!

Sure they are coming: I have to do this one right first!

  • Man your awsome. I wanna do workouts like you. i baught the iron gym for pull ups. I wanna get ready for track season but our dam coach is against weight room so i wont be able to do dips. Do you roll with diamond push ups at all or nah?

  • Thank you, dude! I'm sorry your coach keeps thinking weight-training can hamper your performances when (almost) anyone knows it can really only improves on them (in any sport).

Diamond-push-ups can be good but pay attention to your wrists.

    Take care.

  • Ok will do thank you.

  • great vid

keep trainning " No Pain No Gain"

  • just make sure it is the right kind of pain :D

  • Oh all right man thenk you so much and by the way to be 39 years old u loook like u are 18 XD take care...

  • Thank you very much indeed, pal.

  • hey whassup dude? ..i never thought that you were italian xD

  • I'm ok, man, and I hope you're the same.

    Take care.

  • e sai..non sembri che hai 39..sembri che hai 17!..comunque io vivo in catania (e non mi piace il calcio..perciò non litighiamo per le squadre xD)

  • Ok, compare :)

Tanta fortuna per la tua vita, ciao!

  • So you work your whole body muscles everyday?

  • Not at all: one should train as a rule one body PART a day (as I do).

One can even train the entire body in a single workout, but not every day.

    Take care.

  • Great work! You don't even pause when you're doing each set - amazing! You'll get it next time!

  • I appreciate that, man!

  • valiant effort. Good try. I know what its like to hit the wall on the last muscle up. Your strong. Check out my videos. I got off track but now gonna begin the requirements training. My goal is 10 muscle ups, then the requirements. At 6 muscle ups now.

  • Thank you!

Wait to see you do it, pal!

  • OH thenks man good to know that :)

Also like wich days do u take breaks?

  • No breaks, dude...(10-20 minutes workouts a day don't overtrain anyone).

  • hey i have a qeustion, can u tell me the program that you do weekly , like your workout program. Do you lift weights or all u do is with your own body weight . :)

  • After many years of training, it is very useful to go to a gym: there I find the proper resistance to train my legs and some dumbells to train the shoulders (as in the video I made on them); most of my week training is based on my body weight anyway.

  • nice!

  • Thanks!

  • OMG. I cried when you didn't get that last muscle up dude.

    Damn you were so close.

    so close. Next time

If you worked out with me you would have made that last one, or you would still be up there, I wouldn't have let you come down.

    = D

  • I appreciate that, pal.

    Wish you so well.

  • you are so beautiful. love your lean body, cute face and MILKY WHITE skin

  • These woking-out videos can do very little for you: It's better you go training your BRAIN, dude.

  • Damn man you nearly had it. Good effort I need to do mine soon

  • Wait to see it.

    Thank you, dude.

  • wow man, I really thought you had it =(

oh well, still amazing workout regardless.

  • Thanks: I uploaded it the same to show how hard it is (for me) to get it properly done: starting with 41 dips instead than 40 was too much!!!

  • great job! love watching you work out! lol

  • your a freak. lol

  • more squats needed! ^^

  • They are never enough anyway.

    Thanks for your comment.

  • Gli sbagli ti spingono più in là!!!

  • peccato!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
