That may be because the animations for Touhou chars are WAY harder to spriteswap than the Nintendo characters that have been created for Mugen. I actually wanted to make a private edit swapping out Patchouli's sprites with some custom made ones of my D&D Sorcerer, Xholoatl, but the amount of effort required to make sprites for EVERY SINGLE ANIMATION is insane. Since I didn't want to half ass it I gave up.
NOTE: It would never be publically released. No flames please ._.

robo luigi was a terrible sprite swap and for god sakes USED YTP SOUND EFFECTS. And dont even get me started on his FAILLeo.

Touhou outdoes Nintendo by a long shot, mainly because Touhou characters don't have as many shitty spriteswaps based on them.
