i think that you are a pretty good singer, i just think that although acoustics are great and fun to work with, they don't necessarily sound as good on camera rather than in person. maybe working in a smaller space with something to pick up some of the sound would enhance your performance. as well, try a little more upstrokes on the guitar, it sounds prettier :)

Anita Oh is better but you're pretty good. However, one thing bugs me. If you're an above average looking girl -- which u seem to be in this vid -- and call yourself things like "fly" it dilutes your appearance. Modesty is beauty, didn't you know that? I feel like people frown on covers for the wrong reasons; a cover should be different than the original in the sense that the voice may be different therefore the music should match the vocalist. This cover sounds very un-edited, very live and natural, which makes it all the better.

The rythm isn't the same as in the original. It sounds like an other song. It isn't a real good cover in my eyes. Your vocal tone is so different in contrast with the singer of one republic. It sound terrible, could be a seperate song.

I think there's a difference between POSITIVE and NEGATIVE critique.

Covers aren't meant to be replicas of the original-- but a unique interpretation of the song, by the covering artist.

Personally, I think flyfangirl's version is quite lovely. :)
