I was looking at those clip in extensions. I think I will give them a try. I decided a wig would NOT work for exercise (too hot and sweaty). Can you message me with information about the brand and how many to buy, etc?
It seems like most people have this self-sabotage issue. Maybe a counselor would be a good call? My Bariatric Center has a list of psychologists that deal specifically with food addictions & body image issues. I think I will hook up with one when I want to start sabotaging my progress. ~Don't get down on yourself. It is perfectly normal. It is just working through it. ~Good luck!
I am in the same boat. I find that I, too self sabotage. I think it's something that I have done all throughout my journey. I have lost 55lbs in approx. a year. I was gung-ho in the beginning and then just kinda fizzled out. I exercise, not regularly, but I do. I try to eat well, but again I find myself having the 'munchies' at night. That is my big challenge..the evening. I do great during the day..but the night is a challenge. Just take it slow and keep moving. It comes off..even if it's slow.
