Only to fill in your name, date of birth and e-mail address.

Enforcers standing by the exit doors after the presentation ended took these cards from you, and in return gave you another card with a code to redeem a free copy of KOTOR on Steam.

From Steam, select "My Games," click on "Activate a Product On Steam..." follow the instructions on Steam and finally input the redemption code when it prompts you to.

From that point, all you have to do is let Steam download and install the game.
