Imagine, one day soon stores will have apps you can download on to your xbox/PC/whatever and try their entire collection in the comfort of your living room. For people who hate clothes shopping, this is a great idea. I doubt that stores will even charge you for this. It looks blocky now, but just imagine where this technology is going. It's amazing.

cool..it augments/adds the 3D clothes to the user's body..but, that's a bit problem, since it cannot remove the existing clothes and then add the new clothes, so might be a bit difficult for the user to give judgement about the clothes. (e.g., if the user is wearing long sleeves and the tried dress does not have sleeve. More extreme case, when the user tries the bikini, so it will appear that the bra and panty is worn outside (or over the worn clothes). Am I thinking too much ? yes...

@default1337 Agreed, I actually came online to see if anyone had had a similar thought. Mine was basically replace your home mirror, use a Gorilla Glass screen, Kinect style camera & sensor, and even touch Interface, so many neat things you could do once the tech become cost effective enough...Women and Men could use it to try on clothes, then use the touch interface to purchase said outfit right from their home.

@XJCjustchillX Actually Sony's peripheral products have worked with all 3 operating systems since launch. Sony's recent debacle is a result of people hacking into their console opening the door to piracy. Also, if you do such hacking on an xbox your gamertag is banned for life.

All Sony are guilty of is protecting the security of the IPs sold on their machine ensuring developers continue to produce games for their customers.
