@jon31072000 Since when has a vessel's registration anything to do with an owner's nationality? Every vessel runs the flag of the country where it is registered. In this particular case it shows a Red Ensign of a former British colony like Cayman Islands, Gibraltar or British Virgin Islands, regardless of who the owner is. But since the "Seven Seas" is custom-built by Dutch boat builder "Oceanco" according to Spielberg's wishes, just assume that he owns now, what he had to pay 200 Mio $ for.

Note the red duster, British Merchant Vessel! Any info on her? She looks a beaut! Over 200' I'd say, Mercedes/Maybach engines probably... English crew undoubtedly. Only wants the finest and he's an Anglophile.
