Sinclair's claim that gold stocks will start to pay dividends in kind is spurious. In order to pay gold in kind dividend the company must pay tax on the gold sale first. Paying a dividend in cash does not have that corporate tax problem. Besides, why would big money managers want pallets of gold bars being delivered. Just pay dividends in cash.
