That's how it's spelled. Switch the syllables around and you get Kurimu, or Cream. All if the Ginyu Tokusentai have dairy based name puns.

Cheez (yes, cheez. AKA "Jeice")

Ghurt (Yogurt. AKA "Guldo")

Burte (AKA Burter. I think its "burger" but that NOT dairy!)

R'ceam (AKA Recoome. I think they just switched the "R" around from cream... The pronounciation does go smething like "Rikum")
