can anyone explain me those no touch or soft touch moves like between 1.05 to 1.12 and 3.26 to 3.50 ? This is the only thing about systema that none could explain in a simple, realistic, believeable way.

01:20 тупо остался стоять поставив блок без движения корпуса и ног, без фиксации оружия. Это даже плочевно закончится если не спец с ножом. Эти удары и прыжок ну очень эргономичны что смешно. Если меня так обучали я ушол бы. Некогда не учили оставатся на линии удара. Притом смышлёный так не ударит, что нож что палка локти надо держать при себе и работать корпусом и ногами.
@Mr11110111011 на 1:20 проходит тест затрат энергии на движение. Это не обучение а сбор данных. В Краснодарском ракетном училище проводили эксперименты по эффективности разных видов единоборств.

@Mr11110111011 а ты какие ДВД смотрел? ДВД сам Кадочников не производил до последнего времени. А вот ДВД с записями Кадочникова и с обьяснениями совсем другого товарища было много. А товарищ тот понаплел много чего. Система работающая, толко вот не в том подании в каком преподносят разные инструктора которых сейчас как грибов после дождя. Работать надо в любой системе. Потом все зарабатывать.
@maxmiztejm Не думаю что есть такой вид спорта где можна вот так вот бить, даже если это тэст. Если это они Каратэ так себе представляли, но даже Каратист так не должен бить хоть у них очень архаичный вид спорта, поэтому с начала 2000 большенство приёмов из Каратэ были заменяны на Винг Тсунг у нас в Ju-Jutsu. Он похож на Ju-Jitsu с Элементами Винг Тсунг, Дзюдо, Айкидо, Каратэ последнее всё больше заменил Винг Тсунг.

Ведь например о пользе отжимания никто не спорит, а вот попробуй приподнести отжимание как боевой прием... Так и с многими вещами у Кадочникова. Все это принципы и разные варианты обработки ситуации, пусть даже не совсем реальные. Человек занимающийся найдет свой путь решения ситуации. Главное ему показать как это можно делать.

Its a practical fighting system, most of the guys in this vid are doing demonstrations and practice where there is a need for control. On the battlefield there is no control, only kill...this is when you can no longer compare it to other established martial arts. Its a system designed for a very specific purposes and it doese its job bloody well. You cannot apply the same criticisms to this system that you would normaly apply to other established arts.
Its interesting to see the adaptation of various styles. mainly i see aikido in mopst of the techniques.... can someone explain me who and how was this sistema created?
The part with the "chair of doom" is nice and very logical I did something very similar once I like how this system is all about using everything around you as a weapon rather than following a rigid set of moves that only really work in a controlled situation and in a real street fight this is never the case making sistema ideal.

Nice attempt at an analogy. The only problem is that YOU answered your own question. But do you have the proper knowledge to do that is the real question. Have you ever studied Systema? Ever talked to anyone who knows Systema? Ever sparred against someone who knew Systema? I doubt it. Besides, what makes systema so different is that it's not a martial art or technique it's more of a philosophy that can be applied and manifested in physical means.That's why it has no specific moves and can adapt.
You are correct, I have not studied Systema, BUT, and that's a big BUT, I know the laws of physics and I've read and heard quite alot about self defense techniques and styles. None of the self defense systems was claiming that it's possible to knock down more than 3 opponents within one move - not because these systems aren't good enough or developed enough - but only because it's not realistic to claim the a single move will be your only weapon to win a fight against multiple opponents.
But who's to say that it was a single movement? Systema was developed during a time when Russia had to fight off many invaders and against each a single fighting style wouldn't work. So Systema came around. Like i said while it is a sort of a physical mantra it can adapt to anything and use the very basics of bio-physics to accomplish the goal. So while it might seem like one move it is most likely a series of small but very crucial movements. But no novice of Systema would be able to do this.
Okay lets do it this way - just look at the vid from 3:29 - it's clearly seen that A - the attackers' hands are just inches away from punching the defender in the face, and B- their hands aren't straight.
What do we learn from that? - If the attackers wanted to, they could each lay a punch on the defender's nose before falling down by his "deadly techniques" - which means he would already been knocked down after the 2nd guy tops...
Therefore, this video is JUST ACTING and no real techniques...

Если у тебя в городе есть школа метода бронникова, можешь записаться. Дадут основу, а там окольными путями выйдешь. Можешь к кадочникову или банникову но они не дадут бесконтактный, зато дадут рукопашный.

Systema has made me at time fearless and at other times be able to persaude others and to have them relax in my presence and at time I have made aggressive people stand down because of what I am learning from systema
I can tell others have more fear from me then I have from them

@eddiedaskull Maybe it is effective, I don't know it for sure, but that part of it what people don't see, because this in the vid is not, specially when that gentleman looking man just hold out his arm, and 4 man are just falling down. When u.s. marine corps would try to attack him, would he do the same??? Maybe he uses the force, otherwise he deserve it to beaten...

I do believe that Systema might be a good practical martial art. What I'm not ready to believe is that even half of the stuff shown in this video actually work.

I have no doubt that someone training in practical martial arts and under adrenal stress has a chance against multiple opponents especially when they haven no weapons nor proper training...
I can imagine anything...the question is whether or not they can truly knock down 5 guys within a wave of the hand...
And the simple answer to that is NO and therefore some of the stuff shown in the video are acted and not really working.

Nice attempt at an analogy. The only problem is that YOU answered your own question. But do you have the proper knowledge to do that is the real question. Have you ever studied Systema? Ever talked to anyone who knows Systema? Ever sparred against someone who knew Systema? I doubt it. Besides, what makes systema so different is that it's not a martial art or technique it's more of a philosophy that can be applied and manifested in physical means.That's why it has no specific moves and can adapt.

You are correct, I have not studied Systema, BUT, and that's a big BUT, I know the laws of physics and I've read and heard quite alot about self defense techniques and styles. None of the self defense systems was claiming that it's possible to knock down more than 3 opponents within one move - not because these systems aren't good enough or developed enough - but only because it's not realistic to claim the a single move will be your only weapon to win a fight against multiple opponents.

But who's to say that it was a single movement? Systema was developed during a time when Russia had to fight off many invaders and against each a single fighting style wouldn't work. So Systema came around. Like i said while it is a sort of a physical mantra it can adapt to anything and use the very basics of bio-physics to accomplish the goal. So while it might seem like one move it is most likely a series of small but very crucial movements. But no novice of Systema would be able to do this.

Okay lets do it this way - just look at the vid from 3:29 - it's clearly seen that A - the attackers' hands are just inches away from punching the defender in the face, and B- their hands aren't straight.
What do we learn from that? - If the attackers wanted to, they could each lay a punch on the defender's nose before falling down by his "deadly techniques" - which means he would already been knocked down after the 2nd guy tops...
Therefore, this video is JUST ACTING and no real techniques...

Well all the Systema vids are pretty much like this one and therefore what I can say is that they're all fake and acting [well not all of it obviously, just the parts which should super-mystical-nonsense techniques]
If I was shown a single video/text which explained practical techniques of the Systema I would believe it works. So far at least half of what I've seen looks like pure bullshit which won't work...
[But yeah some of the stuff shown are quite possible]

Серъезная система. Сам занимаюсь кекусинкаем 12 лет уже. Есть результаты. И с полгода назад схлеснулся я с человечком непонятным. Так вот , пока я работал лоукиками все было нормально. Когда начал работать по верху, последнее что помню это что падаю головой об землю. Потом встретились с этим дядькой в нормальной обстановке, оказался офицер внутренних войск, занимающийся системой Кадочникова 6 лет. Мне типа обидно(

Если у тебя в городе есть школа метода бронникова, можешь записаться. Дадут основу, а там окольными путями выйдешь. Можешь к кадочникову или банникову но они не дадут бесконтактный, зато дадут рукопашный.
