To get to the box during the 9 minute part i think u need to keep crawling past the red pipe then jump over the silver box thingy to the south and into the place where the box is....when u showed us, north of the box a little was a silver transformer or something watever idk u need to jump over that haha

i know how to get to the box too. it took me a little while to figure it out. go all the way to the left till you get the to second set of steps, but dont go straight. immediately turn right and crawl. you have to climb over a little box thing to get to it. it's on the bottom of the screen. and repeat in reverse to get back out.

Also, MGS4 isn't all that easy. Try beating it in The Boss Extreme without ever getting caught! It seems to me that you haven't played the game properly. Or have you even played it at all?

To get to the box you need to go to the stairs closest to the box. When you do that then craw under the pipe and then afterwards there is a box behind you that you can jump and when you do so then you can get to it. Hope that helps you.
