Why do you need a two person balloon release when our taxes are so high? A
one person release is supposed to be the standard.

My dad found one in his yard here in South Carolina. It was launched in pittsburgh.

I have to say that launching these are necessary so NOAA can get the upper air data necessary to make the model outputs that they use to forecast the weather. They only launch these 2 times a day 00z and 12z (with the exception of special wx events). Its not a waste because it helps noaa Protect Lives and Property...if you dont get the hint...I am a met major now
