I remember this TBC event back in my server, He attacked orgrimmar, Eventually, the 2 best Horde Guilds decided to put a stop to it and killed him... The whole floor was white of bones XD

For everyone asking: This event happened the day before Burning Crusade, just as a nice little bonus thing, similar how to the day before WotLK came out, Frost Wryms and Stitched Horrors attacked Stormwind and Orgrimmar.

It no longer happens obviously, and this was not on a private server Or an admin summon, as so many comments suggest.
