When I was a kid I could lift my entire body by grabbing a low roof edge, with my hands just placed on the roof, not grabbing anything. Then pulled my legs up front, get them over my head, and put my whole body on the roof that way in a rolling motion.

I tried that later when I started college in another low roof that I found... Couldn't even lift my legs beyond my chest. Years take a toll on you.

BUT tumblers do not have the rope climbing ability of a gymnast who specializes in the rings. Regardless, I'm willing to bet you that most of these wrestlers are much stronger in the legs than most gymnasts are and will out squat them in any weightlifting contest. Yet they STILL can climb a rope with ease despite of how bottom heavy they are.
