That's electric. it takes slightly more energy to bust water apart into hydrogen and oxygen than you get back from recombining the two. so you only get as much get-up-and-go as the electricity coming out of your power supply (slightly less actually.) bottom line, this would essentially be the same as an electric car, except more pretentious and retarded.

Hydrogen produces 3000 deg. centigrade heat when it burns. I suggest before doing anything, first find an alloy which can tolerate this heat
