I'm pushing 400 in a benchpress, i can run ten miles in less than 45 minutes. I can carry a 200kg backpack for 20 miles and still have the energy to run a mile and i still will do better than the lot of you huffers on any test you want me to do.

Indeed they have added tests to make teachers better and the funds are triple of what they were in the 70's and yet kids are just stupid.
I don't think it has much to do with weed either, not for most anyways (just for those who use it), it's just that kids are stupider now than they ever have been before.

BTW, all the remarks I've made so far have been about the UK school system. I don't live in the US, so I can't really comment on yours.
