He probably has the SL3...You can sample 6 tunes at once...But u have to record them first, it's all about recording..It's real easy!!!! aka Blaze

wy record if you can just get the whole track and just put cue points then drag and drop to the banks to designate then to each letter(Z thru N) so you can trigger then as you wish, you dont even need the SL3 just download the update version 1.9.1, serato just released a beta version of 1.9.2 which will have alot more banks for yur samples

You don't need the SL 3. You can use the sample player wit the SL 1 as long as you have Scratch Live version 1.9. You can loop up to six tracks through the main output.

The SL 1 can do video mixing now too if you get the Video plugin for $200 bucks. Just got it. It's the best thing that ever happened to me...

DJpoluhood serato is awesome! it will help more if you learn all the shortcut keys for each funtion youll learn each of them as you go along, once you know all the basic shortcuts you use regularly youll get faster and faster and by using them makes you even faster specially on live gigs tunes on the go if you know what i mean,

they're official, the only thing custom are the labels i put on them with my name on it. check out rane's site. they sell red, blue, clear, gold, and there's green floating around, as well as white for DJs that are friends with RANE developers.  there's bootleg glow-in-the-dark ones too, but i don't know where to get them...holler if you find em.
