  • i love your videos. i got a question. so i used to be 240 pounds. i'm 150 pounds now but i have just a little extra skin (not too much---people can't tell how big i used to be) and i can't get a six pack because of it. i feel the six pack under the skin and when i let people touch my abs they are surprised of how hard they are. i just can't see them. what can i do to make them appear? :( HELP!

  • I've been working out for 2 month now (weight training, cardio)

    cutting all unnecessary sugars and junk food from my diet and eating veggies, eggs and oats. And i'm seeing great results i lost about 10 pounds already and i feel so much stronger and eager to work out. It is completely possible for anyone, you just gotta have the determination to put down that fast food burger and soda.

    Maybe eat half of what you do now, start small. Just know if you really want it you can have a body like hers.

  • Hi guys - although I can see BodyRock.tv now, it isn't updated beyond the OMG Workout, so for example I can only see the Epic Sexy Abs page on BodyRock because you put a direct link to it in the YouTube sidebar for that workout. Do you know if this is happening to anyone else? I miss your site, I'm having withdrawal! }:P

  • She's big boned and has a large frame so thats why its easy for her to have a good body.... with good genetics it really doesn't take much effort after that.

    @lappagurl09-- she does a warm up as you should before this type of training which is why she starts off kinda out of breath.. Adding the routine after the warm up def makes u winded a bit as well

    she breathes that way to keep the flow of oxygen high, which burns fat faster

    holding your breathe isnt good mk?

  • @LAPPAGURL09 if you go on her website (which idk if its functining right)..in an old post she explains that. she doesn't smoke and she breaths heavily on purpose to increase Oxygen flow.

  • Great routine, I like the way its kind of all round involving push-ups for arms and leg exercise as well - this would be good for me I think. I do get confused as to how many reps to do and for how long but of course we are all different so I guess you have to figure that part out for yourself. Great vid though - you are a true Goddess of fitness!

  • @andy7666 she doesn't figure out the reps, she is doing the exercises with interval timer so she has some seconds to do as much as possible reps. just visit her site.

  • @marktutty I wear them, I also wear fight shorts similar to those of Georges St. Pierre when I roll or workout. Hey My glutes, quads and hamstrings are worth showing and I'm Not gonna hide them, plus get alot of compliments from the ladies ;) So fuck what the rest of the guys think.

  • @marktutty Lol - I suppose its wether you like spandex or not! I'd be quite a shocking, sad sight in a leotard. I'm sure most blokes would be! ^_^
