all it was was there once was a black hole for people that got banned (broke rules) and say if there friends wanted to visit them in the blackhole they could purchase a disk of returning for 10gp or so and they could spin it to get inside the black hole. to get out they would just spin it again. how ever some people who wanted to fuck the black hole up dropped it when they were in so that they couldnt get out. Jagex was tired of getting people out to they just deleted the black hole.

There used to be a place called the Black Hole. When you were banned, you went there. For 10gp, friends could buy a Disk of Returning to go visit their banned buddies. If you lost you Disk while in the Black Hole, you couldn't get out. Some idiots would drop theirs. Jagex got mad at these idiots and scrapped the Black Hole. Because this change was sudden, (like the dose change of the Jug of Wine) only a few people still had the Disks in their banks. Today, they are discontinued and worth tonnes!
