  • In the mood of sharing film, I would be interested in what you think of the Standard Level final production from my recent group 10:17... it´s on our youtube page

  • dang scary!

  • Superb work. It is very rare that an IB Short is genuinely emotionally engaging. If it's ok, I would love share this with my students as an example of the professional level that some IB students achieve. Congratulations, particularly on the sound and editing. In my opinion, I totally disagree with the cinematography comments from DanielWFilms. The camerawork is superb.

  • @stgeorgesnfilm Thanks, yea sure! Share this with the whole school if you wish... thanks for picking us as an example. Check our other films on our channel and see what you think.

  • That was intense. Pretty scary too!

  • Again, its all constructive criticism! The editing is alright again, the story is on par with a student project, but the cinematography could be nice, its just slightly off again. You have the right idea for the style and for the set up, but again, aesthetically, it isn't quite nice. What would help is having a lower angle for most of your shots. For horror/suspense, a mid level angle does wonders. Good luck though, and decent work! Check out mine at my page, maybe?

  • Certain scenes remind me of "the grudge". Good work.

  • @Siddi1976 thanks.

  • THAT WAS AWESOME! Well filmed and edited

  • @AzarathNazgul Thank you Azarath.

  • i really loved sound and editing cordinated very well. ... Keep up guys

  • @lrajavel Thank You! We really had editing and sound in mind. We do in most of our videos... Subscribe or something... In February we will be making a mindblowing short film... suspensish also...

    see you!

  • holy F! i got so scared

  • @myshortsfilms Haha, cool! Thats what we want to hear.

  • @myshortsfilms Glad you liked it and we managed to get the suspense through...

  • haahaa it was funny :)

  • @DarkFoxV Thanks, i guess..

  • Sorry about the weird spelling and grammer mistakes, iPod touch lol

  • Nice! The demon face scared the shit out of me but just one. Thing to keep in mind is to use establishing shots to edablish the location, show surrounding and to give the audience a idea of the stufture of the house so people can follow along with the chase scenes, parts of your folk confuse me so this is just a little bit of a. Heads up for next time.

  • @PenfoldFilm Ok, sure, thanks for the tips.

  • I am also a writer/director of the horror genre and I would like to say nice work.

  • @SuperBlackheart7 This was our first horror project and we are definitely looking forward to making more.

  • This was pretty awesome. I loved the sound fx and music. Where did you get them?

  • @Droege1001 Thanks, we made a mix of various different sound loops

  • @JoaCardonerFilms did you use an expensive camera?

  • @papan1990 Nope, we used a simple Sanyo Xacti handheld camcorder.

  • @JoaCardonerFilms in the scene 0:22 to 0:24 .... how did you blur out the remaining part of the frame and just focus on the keys when it was thrown?

  • @papan1990 With the Sanyo Xacti, you can choose where to focus by going to the menu. Although you can't change the focus while shooting.

  • nice work!

  • holy hell 3:04 Scared the hell out of me!!!

  • woooooouuuu thats wild

  • Tru Dat!
