    Soybeans already contain high quality calcium, and the body better utilizes the calcium in soy, than from animal sources. Mainstream medicine treats the symptom, in this case, throwing more calcium at the problem by raising the Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) to cover the American diet, high in animal protein.

    If you're concerned calcium, how about calcium fortified orange juice?
